This website is run by the Witney & District Youth Football League ("the League", "we"). The League is the data controller for the information described here. You can contact the League through the officials listed on our Contact page.
The website is built, hosted and maintained on the League's behalf by CETA Professional Services (United Kingdom), who act as our data processor. CETA Professional Services only handles data in order to run the site for us and does not use it for any purpose of its own. Their own privacy policy is at cetaprofessionalservices.com/web/privacy.
Visitor logs. When you visit the site, the servers that deliver it record the date and time of the request, the page requested, your IP address and your browser type. We use this to keep the site running, to find faults and to protect it from abuse. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. These logs are kept for no more than 30 days and then deleted automatically.
League officials' details. The Contact page lists the names, roles, and in some cases phone numbers and email addresses of the League's officials so that clubs, parents and players can reach them. Each official has agreed to their details being published. If you are an official and want your details changed or removed, tell the General Secretary.
Fixtures, results and league tables. The match information on this site is taken from the FA's Full-Time system, where the League records its competitions. It contains club and team names only. We do not publish the names of individual players on this site. Photographs of players are only used in line with our safeguarding policy.
Information you send us. If you email or phone a League official, we use what you send us to reply to you and to deal with your query. We keep correspondence only as long as we need it for that purpose or for the League's records.
We do not collect anything else. There are no contact forms, no visitor accounts, no advertising and no analytics on this site.
Fonts are served from this website itself, not from Google or another font service.
We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

This site is about youth football, but it is written for parents, coaches, club officials and referees. We do not knowingly collect any information from children through this site, and we do not publish children's names.
We will update this page if what the site does changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
Fixtures, results and league tables are taken from the FA's Full-Time system and refreshed automatically several times a day. Kick-off times and venues can change at short notice, and postponements may not appear here immediately. Always check with your club before travelling. Where this site and FA Full-Time differ, FA Full-Time is the official record.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. The League is not responsible for the content of external sites.
